What we do
We make the magic happen! Grounded in product management best practice, the Digital Product team embrace an agile and customer-obsessed ways of working, leveraging the tools at their disposal to garner deep understandings of digital engagement through rich data and analytics, alongside in person and virtual interactions with our members.
Partnering directly with the digital design and engineering teams, the digital product team define, measure, prioritise and manage the overarching digital product roadmap, experience vision and solution strategy for Medibank’s web and mobile platforms, both public and member facing.
We strive to test, learn and deliver the best-in-class digital experiences to millions of Australians.

Our team comprises of people with a wealth of industry and discipline experience. With rich and diverse backgrounds, everyone brings a unique perspective in how we might use digital to best solve both customer and business problems.
Working collaboratively and knowledge sharing is the key to success, not only for the realisation of the items on the product roadmap, but for the growth and unity of the team. Spread throughout Australia, the digital product team as a priority, make sure to keep in constant contact with regular touchpoints to ensure a healthy team culture is maintained and a strong support system is ever present.

Lead Product Manager
Lead a team of Digital Product Managers, partnering directly with discipline leads to collectively define, prioritise and manage the overarching digital product roadmap and experience vision for their digital channel.
Lead Digital Producer
The guru of Adobe Experience Manager, you shape and lead the content strategy across our digital platforms. The go to for training and mentoring business authors so they can self-serve their content updates.
Product Manager
You own your digital platform, living and breathing customer and performance insights. Take charge in leading the strategy and execution of your product roadmap.
Digital Producer
Get hands on with Adobe Experience Manager, shape, optimise and implement the content strategy across our digital platforms.
