We join the dots across our businesses, assets, ventures, and partners, and bring outside-in thinking on emerging healthcare models and technologies to make healthcare more connected, personalised, proactive and sustainable for Australians.
My hidden talent:
I enjoy sitting down with my guitar and taking a nugget of an idea for a song into a fully-fledged piece of music that conveys a story.

As a Product Owner in the New Ventures team, I’m proud to be able to deliver products that could help improve the health and wellbeing of Australians. Through my past experience from both personal and work; I hold dearly to the idea of helping people achieve better health outcomes, be it through getting access or having a good end to end journey.
My hidden talent:
Singing (in the shower).
Lead Enterprise Architect
Amplar Health
I get to work closely with our Amplar Health business to unpack how technology can help us deliver new and innovative models of care. This means I do a lot of the exploratory work on new technologies, as well as unpack how we can leverage our existing technology stack to enable new care models. My work covers technologies across many domains including digital patient facing apps, wearables and remote monitoring, telehealth and video conferencing, clinical systems and integration with the broader health system integration. I also love working with our broader technology team to bring to life new services that really make a difference to the people we serve. I’m super proud to enable new models of care such as virtual hospital services, which provides amazing benefits to patients whilst delivering great health outcomes and reduced costs.

As the Head of New Ventures for ahm and Medibank, my team and I exist to help the business grow outside of PHI. Think of us as a start-up within Medibank that focuses on finding and solving customer problems in the health and wellbeing space. We use design thinking methodologies to explore, experiment, and build ideas quickly, so we can reduce the cost to failure and scale with confidence.
My hidden talent:
I’m a bit of a performer… I did a lot of jazz ballet and acting growing up, so I don’t mind getting in front of a crowd and telling a story.
Head of Marketing Technology & Orchestration
I lead the Marketing Technology and Orchestration team in the Experience Centre of Excellence. We work with teams across the business to design and deliver digital content, automated customer journeys and data solutions. I’m most proud of the fact that our team is a wonderfully diverse bunch – from data analysts to platform architects and digital content producers. We use our different skillsets daily to deliver seamless content experiences for our members.
